New For 1999
Face/Off and Drop Zone Stunt Tower

When Paramount's Kings Island decided to add new thrills for the 1999 season, they sure went the distance, and beyond. They added a some-what new type of coaster which combines a Vekoma "Boomerang" with a Vekoma "Suspended Looping Coaster." But that wasn't enough, because they also added a brand new type of Freefall Tower known as an Intamin "Gyro-drop" which was almost as tall as the parks Eiffel Tower. And then for their 2000 season, they are adding a brand new looping coaster called Son Of Beast. It just makes you want to think what will be added to this park in the next few years.
